Welcome to The Spinal Chapter! My name is Dean and I would like to share with you my experience living as a C5-7 Quadriplegic since 1995. My goal is to become THE source where medical professionals, students, caretakers, and disabled individuals can come for disability-related issues that are not thoroughly explained in any textbook!

Topics include but are not limited to:

2- How to choose the best bowel care regimen.
3- How to perform skin inspections and prevent pressure sores and/or irritation.
4- How to minimize but "use" Autonomic Dysreflexia as a tool.
